Clients: Queensland Brain Institute (QBI); Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB); UQ Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH); University of the Sunshine Coast Clinical Trials Centre (UniSC CTC)

These types of projects involved extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation over many months, culminating in the development of strategic plans or business plans.

Since 2020 VenturePro has assisted the Queensland Brain Institute in developing its strategic partnerships with industry and government, as a means to opening up alternative income streams over the next 5 years. We also assisted QBI, IMB and CBEH at UQ with the development of their Strategic Plans.

We prepared the business cases to establish Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation, Biopharmaceuticals Australia; TetraQ; QUT Bluebox, Life Sciences Queensland, Microba Life Sciences, and GroundProbe. We assisted to prepare the successful EOI for the ARC CoE for Indigenous Futures. We prepared the business case with UQ, University of Sydney, University of Melbourne for the Australian Vaccine Response Alliance.
