The $150 million Reef Restoration and Adaptation Program and the $444 million Reef Trust Partnership. I worked with teams at the Australian Institute for Marine Science, the Great Barrier Reef Foundation and more than a dozen industry, government and research partner organisations to develop the investment cases and secure the funding for these incredible national and international programs aimed at protecting the Great Barrier Reef from the effects of climate change.

National Soil Monitoring and Incentives Program, Scoping Report. The Australian Government announced an allocation of $196 million to the National Soil Monitoring and Incentives Pilot program in 2019 as a centrepiece of the Interim Action Plan for the National Soil Strategy. At around the same time I was engaged to review the National Soil Information Framework and the National Pollutant Inventory.

One of my first projects at VenturePro was the business case to establish The University of Queensland Centre for Clinical Research at the Herston Health Precinct. The project was aimed at bringing together research and clinicians from across different disciplines. The project was awarded ~$80m from Atlantic Philanthropies and the Queensland Government to construct the UQCCR Building. In the same quarter I developed successful business cases to establish the AIBN Bio-nano Product Development Facility and the Queensland Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Network.
